Lakatamia, Nicosia, Cyprus
The linear design of the house on all levels reflects the shape of the plot. The combination of the site orientation and the design of the garden with the pool parallel to the interiors of the ground floor, they create the perfect harmony. The same approach is used on the first floor where the bedrooms are placed as well as the roof which is a continuation and transfer of the garden to a higher level. The connection of the three levels is done in an easy way without interfering with private spaces. The use of perforated metal outside of the first floor openings creates a play of lighting and offers privacy to the owners.
