The house in Lympia was designed on three levels. On the ground floor are the common areas of the house. On the mezzanine floor overlooking all areas of the ground floor is the family room and on the first floor the bedrooms. All three levels are joined together physically and visually by vertical internal openings. The small windows on the west side of the house allow natural ventilation of all areas. The triangular movable glass roof created by the two main volumes of the house allows permanent ventilation for most months of the year. The large openings on the ground floor allow easy integration with the garden and the pool.
