Pegeia House
Pegeia, Paphos, Cyprus
The project was designed as a holiday home in Pegeia. The unobstructed view to the sea and the natural environment was the inspiration for the design. All sides of the house overlooking the sea are lined with large glass opening doors. At the perimeter of the house and in continuation of the interior spaces, terraces have been designed for use depending on the time during the day or season. In this particular house, a careful selection of construction materials has been made, as well as a color choice for the smoothest possible integration into the natural landscape. The same effort was made in the design of the outdoor gardens of the house. The project is an important example of bioclimatic architecture.
