The office building of the company A&A Apostolides is adjacent to a residential area. The design approach was based on the absolute respect of the existing built environment while maintaining low heights and small volumes. The development of the building program in two wings allows the hierarchical location of the offices, taking advantage of the natural light and air in all areas. In the center with unobstructed views of the city of Nicosia is located the meeting room. The natural slope of the plot is maintained by creating a natural green pedestal for the building while hiding the underground parking lot.
