The 6-apartment building is characterized as a site specific on a plot with a difficult shape. The design approach was based on the effort to create a building that is fully assimilated into the existing single residence plot development. With large openings and terraces to public spaces they create comfortable apartments with visual interaction with the planting spaces either on the ground floor or on the first floor. Special attention has been paid to the design of the lighting to further highlight the architectural idea.
