Diamond Tower

The Diamond Tower was designed by our office in 2010 as a multistorey office building with commercial usages on the ground floor. The main effort at the design stage was the maximization of the green space inside the building as well as the simultaneous creation of a common public space by strengthening the commercial value of the building. For this purpose, it has been proposed to create a green public space on the first floor with small cafeteria. The floor area of the highest floors is gradually reduced in order to maintain visual corridors and not obstructs natural light. The project has remained in the design stage and will not be implemented.
