The house in Lakatamia was designed in such a way that all the spaces on the ground floor and first floor take advantage of the natural light throughout the day. The L shape of the house defines the boundaries on both sides of the plot leaving open the other two where the occupants take advantage of the light, the air and the view. The simplicity of the volumes and the materials highlight the spaces, giving special emphasis to the materials of the external surfaces. Particular attention has been paid to the design of the garden with elements penetrating inside the ground floor as well as on the first floor achieving a wonderful connection with nature.
