House 13621

Ag.Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus

In the presented architectural project, the interplay of materials and precision in detailing create a narrative of refined elegance and structural integrity. The design is a homage to the principles of modernism, articulated through clean lines and a monolithic composition.

Inside, the design maintains an air of simplicity and sophistication. The spaces are defined by their unadorned surfaces, allowing the quality of materials and the interplay of light and shadow to take center stage. Glass walls ensure that the boundaries between the interior and the landscape are blurred, with views framed as living artworks.

The architecture embraces the concept of indoor-outdoor living, with terraces and balconies extending the living spaces into the landscape. Here, the horizontal planes of the overhangs provide shelter and a seamless transition to the outdoors, where one can find tranquility by the reflective waters of the pool, bordered by minimalist landscaping that respects the architecture's clean lines.

This residence is a masterclass in the use of materiality and form to create an architectural statement that is both commanding and inviting.
