The plot in which the house was designed is submerged by two meters in relation to the public road. The need to design the common areas of the house at the level of the yard was the inspiration for the creation of a reception area at street level and at the average altitude of the two floors. With a limited number of steps to the ground floor and first floor access is very easy achieving the original goal. The ground floor and first floor areas have a south orientation towards the large garden of the house. The sun, natural light and air are managed with technical means which are also elements of the house's decoration.
