The apartment building in Tseri consists of 12 units. The white design and white elements that have been integrated in the facades of the building highlight the effort to create bright sustainable apartments. The large cantilevers as well as the proposed fixed or movable shading systems offer protection from the sun but also flexibility in the management of natural light by the owners. The apartments have been designed in such a way that they are almost autonomous units without affecting the comforts of the other tenants. On the ground floor a large part of the plot has been used as a garden.
