The ground floor house in Tseri excludes anything external and creates spaces that open to the private inner courtyard. Through the reception area which has direct access to the garden, the common areas of the house are separated from the more private ones. Regardless of their location, an effort was made to give equal value in terms of view and access to the garden and the pool. Exterior sliding louvers have been added to protect the privacy of the bedrooms. The design of the bbq area opposite the kitchen area, in addition to the practical use, also serves as a visual barrier from the adjacent plot.
