The ground floor house in Kokkinotrimithia encloses the very important landscaped garden with three wings. Inside the house, all the spaces open visually and naturally to the garden and the pool, unifying the interior with the exterior, maximizing the space. In contrast to the permeability that characterizes the interior of the building at the level of the facade based on traditional architecture, a high wall was designed that acts as a fence with the only openings at the entrance to the parking lot and the external door of the house.
