Noya Residences

Lakatamia, Nicosia, Cyprus

The Noya Residences consists of six two-bedroom apartments. The design of the project envisaged the creation of large outdoor spaces for each apartment, whether it is part of the plot used as a yard or as uses on the accessible roofs of the apartments. Each unit inside the building was designed to enhance the privacy of the occupants. The building due to the existing morphology of the ground is depicted as a single residential building.
