Green Residences

Nisou, Nicosia, Cyprus

This architectural project presents a symphony of residential spaces where the purity of modern design is articulated through a distinct and deliberate use of form, material, and spatial orchestration. Each residence stands as a bold testament to contemporary living, with structures that communicate a language of clean lines, geometric precision, and an openness that invites interaction between interior and exterior realms.

The architecture of the residences is characterized by a fluidity of spaces, with each dwelling designed to foster a seamless transition from private to communal areas. The façades display a choreographed arrangement of rectangular forms, creating a visual rhythm that is both dynamic and harmonious. Expansive glass panels are framed by the robustness of concrete, allowing each residence to bask in natural light while maintaining a sense of grounded permanence.

Wooden elements introduce warmth and texture, breaking the monochrome palette of the concrete and adding a layer of organic contrast.

The residences are crowned with flat roofs that underscore the modernist aesthetic, with some featuring cantilevered overhangs that provide shade and create covered outdoor areas.

Attention to detail is evident in the patterning of the façades, where the play of solid and void not only contributes to the aesthetic but also orchestrates the movement of light and shadow within the residences.

In essence, the architecture of these residences is a celebration of modern living, where the purity of form, the honesty of materials, and the integrity of design come together to create not just homes, but a cohesive and tranquil lifestyle experience.
