House 10420
Ag.Trimithias, Nicosia, Cyprus
House 10420 presents itself as a symphony of modern architecture and serene landscaping. The edifice assumes a quiet grandeur, its linear contours and expansive glass facades reflecting the waning light. The marriage of concrete, wood, and glass is not merely a design choice but a statement of elegance and openness.
The façade, a blend of muted gray and warm wooden slats, offers privacy while hinting at the sophistication within. Strategic lighting accentuates the architectural elements, from the sharpness of the cantilevered roofs to the rhythmic verticality of the wooden screens, adding a layer of visual warmth that welcomes visitors and residents alike.
Upon entering, one is greeted by an atrium-like living space where natural light cascades through tall windows, casting a dance of shadows and brightness across the minimalist yet luxurious furnishings.
The residence extends to an outdoor area that is both an extension of the living space and a standalone oasis. The pool, flanked by loungers, invites relaxation and recreation, while a discreet fire pit provides a gathering place for evenings under the sky’s canvas.
