Central to the design is the interplay of materials. Rich, warm wooden slats juxtaposed against cool, sleek glass and robust concrete form a visual narrative of textures and tones.

Each structure is carefully positioned to optimize natural light and views, ensuring that the transition between the interior and exterior is fluid and organic. The intelligent use of overhangs not only contributes to the aesthetic appeal but also serves as a practical measure for climate control, providing shade in the warm months and allowing sunlight to penetrate in the cooler months.

Water features bring a sense of calm and movement, reflecting the sky by day and the glow of the architectural lighting by night.
