House 17123

House 17123

Dromolaxia, Larnaca, Cyprus

House 17123 is quietly situated in a serene environment, offering a striking example of how modern design can be integrated into the natural world. The structure boasts a minimalist aesthetic with its crisp geometric lines and expansive flat roofing, which seamlessly blends into the landscape.

The exterior of the home is a thoughtful composition of contrasting materials. It features a blend of stark concrete surfaces that provide a sturdy and durable shell, complemented by vertical wooden latticework that adds a touch of warmth and organic appeal.

Inside, the house is characterized by its open-plan concept, with vast panes of glass dissolving the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. The glass facades ensure that each room is bathed in natural light.

The residence is an assembly of distinct blocks, each delineated for specific uses yet collectively forming a harmonious whole. Elevated sections of the house retreat into the backdrop, offering seclusion and panoramic views, while the main communal areas are grounded and accessible.

Designed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal, House 17123 features terraces and balconies that extend living spaces into the outdoors.

In essence, this House is a sophisticated expression of contemporary architectural philosophy, where the purity of design creates a complex sensory experience.
